yes of course 4shared is one of the large file hosing sites...and there are lot of other file hoster's also..but we can download from them with full premium features by leeching files...we may know lot of leeching sites that supports rapid share,uploading,etc

but regarding 4shared it have very rare leeching sites and most of them are not working now but here is the procedure y which you can download from 4shared with all premium features by leeching
do as shown below

1.first take the 4shared address that you want to download

2.now just add 'WWW.4server.info/download/' before the URL

3....now you are redirected to the download page

5.now download with resume support.......
